there is nothing such as an EU-passport. It still is your country's passport, and the requirements for an application to a Thai Tourist Visa, can differ in different EU countries ! So without knowing your citizenship, nobody can give you a solid answer. Since the online E-Visa System works for all countries, the requirements should be pretty straight forward and all the same
