Hi group if my 90 days report is due while i am moving to a new rental house should i file the 90 days report on the old address then ask the landlord to file the tm30 after I moved in or wait for the new tm30 then file my 90 days report after ?

You have a three week window in which you can file your 90 day report. You file wherever you have a current TM30. If your current TM30 is at your old address you file there. If your current TM30 is at your new address you file there. No more complicated than that.

Just when is the 90 day report due?

If you can... file it with your current address registration on file with Thai Immigration and after you have moved to a New address be sure to have a new TM30 address registration on file with your New Thai Immigration office.
