What are the requirements for translating a Polish marriage certificate for a Non-O dependent visa in Thailand?

I'm currently on a 30day visa exempt stamp and I would like to get on a trailing Non-O dependent visa based on foreigner/foreigner marriage here within Bangkok. Our marriage certificate is in Polish. If I understand correctly, does it mean I have to get it translated into English AND THEN Thai AND THEN take it to the MFA here? Or can I just go to the Polish Embassy and get it translated directly into Thai so that I can skip the MFA part?

I'm just confused because in the requirements it says it needs to be translated into English. But in order for it to be legalized by the Thai MFA, it needs to be in Thai.

Additional note: The marriage certificate is already legalized by the Polish MFA and Thai Embassy in Warsaw. It's just that it's all still in Polish.

We professionally translated ours into English as our country offers it with 3 languages, but NOT English. We were told English OR Thai was fine. (Other friends who had an original in English didnt need a translation.)

MFA stamps the original copy of marriage certificate (that our embassy has already stamped earlier). It took 2 days for MFA.

Professional translation of marriage certificate was done here. It cost 1500b. Our embassy's paperwork (that certified the authenticity) included English so it did not require any translation.

you must apply to the "90-days Non-Imm-O visa based on being the trailing spouse" of a foreigner who has a Stay permit in Thailand, while you are still in Poland. The .pdf you show us, is meant for the change from a tourist visa to a Non-Imm-O visa based on being married to a Thai wife or supporting a half Thai child. It is not meant for a change to a "trailing spouse Non-imm-O visa"

I think embassy will give you english.And you should translate it to thai and then go to MFA.Or your local embassy accepts it english.Then go to there.

What visa does your husband have? You might not be able to apply for the visa inside Thailand depending on what type of visa extension he's on.

he's on a Non-B visa. We're just waiting for his work permit then I'll apply after he's gotten his 1-year extension.

okay then you can disregard my comment. You should be able to get a following visa based on his work extension as long as the company supports it. You should go to the immigration office you'll be using and ask them for the exact requirements as they're usually different from office to office.
