TLDR : Answer Summary
A couple from Myanmar is seeking advice on whether they need to translate their English marriage certificate into Thai with official stamping for a dependent Non O visa application. It was suggested that requirements may vary depending on whether the visa is obtained domestically or through a consulate and that notarized documents are commonly accepted.

That would depend on whether your wife is getting an in country 90 day Non-O visa from the immigration office in your area, OR if you're going to send her to a thai consulate in a nearby country to get the single entry Non-O.

If you're doing it inside the country have your employer contact the immigration office OR go there and see what is required to get your wife the 90 day in country Non-O based on marriage to a foreigner who legally works here.

contact the consulate, they're good about answering emails. OR call them. I think you can do it without the thai translation, MFA certification at the consulate
