Hi All, good morning! we are married couple both from Myanmar, i hold the WP & extension of stay. i m planning to have my wife dependent Non O visa base on marriage, we have marriage certificate which is notarized in English. i also got the stamp from Myanmar embassy in Thailand. do i still need that marriage certificate to translate in Thai with the stamp from related department? thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
A couple from Myanmar is seeking advice on whether they need to translate their English marriage certificate into Thai with official stamping for a dependent Non O visa application. It was suggested that requirements may vary depending on whether the visa is obtained domestically or through a consulate and that notarized documents are commonly accepted.
