What are the requirements for obtaining a 2-month tourist visa in Ho Chi Minh?
Anyone had experience in getting a 2 month tourist visa in Ho Chi Minh and what documents are required..thanks..

its the usual apply in the morning, then collect the following day in the afternoon. Not a busy consulate, and a decent place to hangout for a few days. I'd recommend using uber there for all your travels (its all legal) and saves having to deal with money and taxis. traffic is hellish, take a uber bike if u dont mind.

I took with me all 3 proofs: flight out of thailand within the 60, hotel booking, and bank statement. I gave em it all, and they kept it. This was couple of weeks ago.

a poster said theirs was 90 days from the date they applied and it was accepted without a problem.

recent reports from some people were they only wanted to see proof of onward travel and didn't require proof of the 20K baht in a bank account or proof of lodging.
Still it's listed on their website so I would have the proof ofs just in case they ask you for it.
