Has anyone applied for DTV from Phnom Penh Embassy? Would like to know the list of requirements. I checked their website but it does not show the requirements for DTV. The section is not updated yet

- I alos noticed the website is not updated yet even though they have the DTV link created. Let's hope they can clarify soon. I'm living in Thailand now (Bangkok) but hoping I can go to PP next month and apply for DTV

Keep in mind that the thai consulate in Phnom Penh has a FIVE BUSINESS DAY processing time <- that means if you apply on Monday you get the passport back the following Monday so you're in Cambodia for a week.

thank you! I've opened the website from the mobile, and it was showing info for B visa instead. I'm from Romania, currently in Cambodia. I work full time online for 10+ years, but don't have any contract. I can show a bank account though
