Hello I will be applying soon from the uk , I will be applying for the DTV under the work away ( online business) for me and my son

And my partner under the Muay Thai visa ( we are not married)

I have had the funds needed in my account for over a year but my partner has only just got his in his about 6 weeks ago.

There is so much conflicting information, so I was wondering if there was( or anyone has used) a reputable DTV AGENT or a company that helps you do the application so less chance of rejection?

really? Everything I've read says they ask for 3 months. Although I have seen nothing that should be the case they all seem to do whatever they want

Yeah it is real. London has never asked for 3 months, they had no seasoning requirement from the beginning, approvals given for deposits minutes old. This year it changed to 10 days; someone posted an email from the Embassy detailing the requirement and there are several other posts to support it.

that's fine... its just the account i used to store my money in is now closed. I might get a mariage visa but this feels like less hassle

The deposit for the 500k must be 10 days old but you should submit 3-6 months statements.
