To obtain a multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage at the Savannakhet consulate, the following documents are required: 1) Original Kor Ror 3 marriage certificate with rose border; 2) Copies of passport data page and two photos; 3) Front and back copies of Kor Ror 2 and 3 marriage certificates; 4) Front and back of your Thai wife's ID card; 5) Thai wife's house book listing. The application fee is 5,000 baht, valid for one year.

I say take the original marriage certificate with the roses because they wanna see that it has the embossed stamp on it.
