Chasing document requirements for multi non o based on marriage at savanakhet consulate please. Looking for a list from someone who has recently done it.

That the filled out application and 5000baht gets you a year-long, multi-entry Non-O visa based on marriage to a thai

I say take the original marriage certificate with the roses because they wanna see that it has the embossed stamp on it.
