Your year extension gets added to the end of the 90 day stamp you get when you get the Non-O inked in
You need to wait until you get the year extension before trying to get the Non-O visa based on trailing spouse at ANY consulate nearby.
NOTE; there are almost zero posts about people who have used consulates to get different visa types (because most people were milking covid extensions ๐ฎ )
Look on the website of the thai consulate in Kuala Lumpur to see if they list the requirements for getting a Non-O based on marriage to someone on a long stay visa/extension (Trailing Spouse), ๐ฎ sorry I just went there and only got sent around in circles when looking for the requirements for Non-O foreign spouse visa
There is no proof of funds for a trailing spouse Non-O
ALL the rest of the questions can only be answered by someone who got a trailing spouse Non-O FROM Penang. So I'm not even gonna try to tell you what those answers might be
Hmm, it seems the questions you're asking about the process IN penang (how long it takes, how long you stay, etc) leads me to believe you didn't go to the website and read this page;
