TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster shares their eligibility for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand, citing their YouTube channel as proof of income. Comments raise concerns about waiting for official approval before celebrating eligibility, emphasize the need for documentation such as tax returns, and highlight the reputation of Siam Legal as a reliable law firm for assistance with visa applications.
Siam Legal are a very good, reputable law firm here, I personally wouldn't use any one else (especially for doing due diligence). I haven't used them for visas though but I'm sure you are in good hands. Can't recommend them high enoughπ. Good luck with your smooth application process π
I live here on a touristvisa multi entry. When they do my DTV visa I have to spen 1-2 weeks outside of Thailand. I have appointment with a lawyer in January. Thay will make all papers for me and then it's off to immigration in Trangβ€οΈπ§βπππ΄πΉπ

It's possible if you meet the requirements for the DTV visa. Have PROOF of your income from your YT videos. Tax return may be requested
And the other needed requirements as set out by the Thai Embassy or Consulate where you will submit your application online using the Evisa online application system.
I am not getting cash from yt yet. But I have a solid pension from Norway and the lawyers at Siam Legal said they could make papers so my pension "comes" from yt. I am financially independent. I sold everything I owned in Norway and now I live in Trang here in Thailandππ΄πΉπβ€οΈ
