Question regarding WORK PERMIT RENEWAL & NON B VISA. (pls no "opinions", just solid info pertaining to my questions below)
- Passport - Spain
- Last Non B issued - Penang - Jan 15/18 until Jan 14/19.
- Last entry Stamp into Thailand - Nov 16/18 until Feb 13/19.
- Work Permit - Valid until Oct 1/19.
- Non B details - Multiple entry (Company owner)
Questions;
1) With the Multiple Entry Non B Visa, can we exit Thailand and RETURN BEFORE Jan 14/19 and receive another 90 days stamp? (on the same Non B Visa)
2) When applying for a new NON B Visa in penang does the WORK PERMIT need to be valid for a certain amount of time? (I've heard that it has to have 8 months left on the validity date)
3) With regards to the information above - should we do;
a) and in and out exit now for another 90 days on the same Non B Visa? or
b) Apply NOW for a new NON B Visa, because the work permit is only Valid until Oct 1st/2019. (if the 8 month rule is a rule, I dont want to get another 90 days and have to make the work permit again)
I hope this is clear and makes sense! Thank you in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking specific information about their Multiple Entry Non-B Visa and Work Permit validity and renewal procedures. They have a Spanish passport with a Non-B Visa issued until January 14, 2019, and a Work Permit valid until October 1, 2019. The questions focus on whether they can exit Thailand and return for an additional 90-day stay under the same visa, the validity requirements for the Work Permit when applying for a new Non-B Visa, and whether to exit now for another extension or apply for a new visa immediately due to the Work Permit expiration.
