And now, depending on income source based on treaty of country, and if residing more than 179 days in Thailand must file a tax return and pay IF owed money. Congratulations, welcome to ThailandπŸ‘

Yes, from Laos.

*My Company documents.

*A letter stating that the company allows me to work remotely, together with my business card pasted on the letter as well-on a company Letterhead.

*6months bank stmnts

*TM30 Address in Thailand.

The officer asked me if I am using a banking app- I had to show him my bank account.

He did take his time to go through all docs thoroughly.

Anonymous participant I assume you had 500,000 or more sitting in your account for at least 3 consecutive months? Vientiane requires this (unlike most other consulates in the region).

it seems to be kinda like a given, when the officer you face when submitting your docs, accepts everything. But I trust you’ll also walk away in 2days time with your brand new visaπŸ™πŸ™Œ

I have a question, for those of us that did this online, do we only get the email with the paper that says we have the DTV visa now?... Do we just take that with our passport would we go over?
