Hello everyone and thank you for answering questions. I am currently in Thailand and intend to travel to Cambodia by land and apply for a muay Thai visa. My question is, will it be enough to show the visa I received upon entering Cambodia and stamp it in my passport fo the application? Are there any problems expected when returning to Thailand by land with the dtv visa? Thanks again for all the help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the process of obtaining a Muay Thai visa while in Cambodia and questions if the visa received upon entry into Cambodia is sufficient for the application. Additionally, they seek advice on potential issues when returning to Thailand by land with a DT visa, particularly in reference to the Poipet border crossing.

Yep that's totally what you do when you get to Cambodia, when you apply on the eVisa system you upload your visa/entry stamp to cambodia to show you're IN that country and can legally apply thru the system at that consulate. You use the hotel where you're staying as the "current address" and upload that confirmation too

Depending on your choice of land borders you may or may NOT have issues getting in. The Aranyaprathet/Poipet land border is especially bad. They could let you in, OR they could tell you to go to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh and fly back to thailand
