I am the one who got requested to provide all the Thai visas I have received until present as additional document. If anyone is in a similar situation and was also asked to show them previous visas, it seems that there is nothing to worry about!
Anyway, If anyone is interested, I will share the details of my application process as a digital nomad.
5.11 (TUESDAY) – application submitted
documents I uploaded:
- confirmation of my location - Vietnamese visa stamp on my passport
- a bank certificate confirming that I have 500k bht in my account (original and English translation), no bank statements!
- in one pdf file: employment contract (original, translation), permission letter signed by the company owner, portfolio (although the website says they only require one of these, I preferred to play it safe)
For the translations I just used google translate - I simply uploaded a jpg file (screenshot) there, translator gave me back translated document, also in jpg format
6.11 (WEDNESDAY) - request for additional document: hotel booking in Vietnam
7.11 (THURSDAY) - request for additional document: all thai visa I received until present
TODAY 11/11 - visa approved.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user successfully applied for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Hanoi and shared their experience with the application process. They submitted various documents, including a bank certificate, an employment contract, and a request for all previous Thai visas. Following the document submission, additional requests for hotel bookings and prior visa details were made. Other users expressed concern over how to provide proof of their past visas, including whether exemption entry stamps count and where to check for document requests.
What exactly do they mean when they ask for ‘all thai visa’s received’? My first Thai visa is from 2004, I don’t even remember what visa’s I have had since then?? Let alone have the passports and stamps to show them??
