TLDR : Answer Summary
Chinese citizens planning to enter Thailand should apply for a visa at the Thai embassy in China. There are options to enter through Bangkok, which may require ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine), or via the Phuket Sandbox, which has different rules. It is suggested that some individuals from Hong Kong might not need to quarantine, but this may depend on specific situations.
