TLDR : Answer Summary
The community discusses various reviews and experiences with Luma COVID insurance. Some users recommend AXA over Luma, citing issues such as difficulty in contact and inefficiency in handling claims. One user mentioned a negative experience sending original documents back to Thailand, while another reported positive interactions with Luma, including responsive customer service via WhatsApp. They suggest looking at other options like AXA and sharing that this topic has been frequently discussed before.
I haven’t had any claims. But they are very responsive on WhatsApp They’ve changed the dates for free as well as changed the passport info. All right away. I’ve had a very good experience so far
Hard pass on luma...please save yourself the trouble. It was hard to get in contact with luma and ultimately tune the actual insurance company. Luma is just the selling company.
Look through the topics insurance this has been asked and answered so many times. By the lack of answers people probably fed up of answering. I used arawan namak
