I haven’t had any claims. But they are very responsive on WhatsApp They’ve changed the dates for free as well as changed the passport info. All right away. I’ve had a very good experience so far

Also...I had to send my original documents back to thailand when I got sick. 73 usd by mail.

Hard pass on luma...please save yourself the trouble. It was hard to get in contact with luma and ultimately tune the actual insurance company. Luma is just the selling company.

Go with axa.

Look through the topics insurance this has been asked and answered so many times. By the lack of answers people probably fed up of answering. I used arawan namak
