What are the exit and entry requirements for my Non-Imm O-A visa before the expiry dates?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I am receiving conflicting advice from the TV forum and an "agency" I popped into in Chiang Mai, so I'm hoping to get things cleared up here (please!)

My Non-Imm O-A has an "Enter before date" of 18 October 2018.

My last entry into Thailand is stamped as 30 January 2018.

My question - MUST I exit and return from/to Thailand on or before 18 October 2018 OR on or before 29 January 2019?

I wish to retain my multi-entry status, if that helps.....

TIA

Phil

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on the exit and entry requirements for their Non-Immigrant O-A visa, specifically whether they must exit Thailand by the "Enter before date" of 18 October 2018 or if they can remain until 29 January 2019. Responses indicate that to retain their stay and multi-entry status, they should exit by 18 October 2018 and obtain a re-entry permit before leaving to keep their residency intact.

And after 18 Oct, you need get re-entry permit before you leave Thailand to keep your admitted stay 'alive'. Your multi-entry status is finish with your visa itself.

If you want to get more time out of the Visa, you can exit/entry Thailand again just before or on 18 Oct 2018. On entry you will get a new year of stay. You can also stay till 29 Jan 2019, but if you leave than you need a new Visa or Visa Exempt entry to return into Thailand.
