TLDR : Answer Summary
A US citizen holding a Non O retirement visa (using the bank method) is inquiring about the best method for re-entry into Thailand after visiting the US. It is crucial to obtain a re-entry permit from Thai immigration before leaving Thailand. Additionally, being fully vaccinated may facilitate the re-entry process. The individual should ensure they meet all entry requirements established by the Thai Embassy or Consulate in the USA.
