Answer summary
A user in Perth, Australia is seeking information on schools in Phuket that offer eligible programs for the DTV visa, specifically looking at culinary courses or Thai language schools. Commenters have noted that language schools typically do not qualify for the DTV visa, which is generally intended for specific culinary courses. A culinary school in Bangkok was mentioned as successful in helping students obtain the DTV visa, and there are references to various schools in Phuket, though further confirmation on eligibility is needed for some options.

There is a culinary school in Bangkok which has been successful in getting the DVT visa for it's students. The requirements are strict for the culinary school to be able to offer the DTV.
Thai language schools are not eligible for the DTV as the Ed Visa is available.
