Has anyone travelled from Brazil to Thailand recently? Iโ€™m in Brazil now but planning on going to Thailand. Kinda worried that they might not let us in at the Thai immigration.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several community members discussed their experiences and concerns about traveling from Brazil to Thailand amid the COVID-19 pandemic. It was noted that travelers might need to undergo quarantine upon arrival in Thailand, but there are sources available to verify the latest requirements, including checking with embassies and airlines. Additionally, some users reported successful entry into Thailand after completing the necessary procedures with the Thai embassy and suggested that pre-arrival paperwork is crucial for a smooth immigration experience.

I live in Thailand Cheryl Quek...lol. Supposedly, they shorten the 14 days to seven and less if you had the vaccination. You really should check the Thai website. They are not letting many people in at all. Itโ€™s pretty much deserted. Hope all is well with you.

yes, Iโ€™ve checked with the Thai embassy in Brazil and they say that everything should be fine. So Iโ€™m trying to get the process started soon. The shortened quarantine hasnโ€™t been confirmed yet unfortunately. Hope I can get back to Thailand soon haha

would you know if the whole process was smooth? There were no issues at immigration? Assuming all the documents are in order of course.

No problem at all for you coming in. All you need is to be positive and find out what is required for your entry.

Everyone must quarantine upon arrival into the Kingdom. There is a Facebook page to help people with everything that is required.

Do Brasil ? You might have to check if passengers from Brasil don't have to do quarantine when arriving on let's say European soil.

I know that for example Portugal has increased the measures.

Please check with a travel agent or airline.

thatโ€™s a good point. The flight Iโ€™m looking at has a stopover in Amsterdam. Will have to check whether I can do a transit there. Thanks!
