Hi there. I have returned to Thailand on a 30 day visa exemption after being away a couple years.

I wanted to ask some questions about extension because I think some things have changed since last time I did this:

1. In Bangkok, has the extension office moved to "IT Square Laksi Plaza" instead of the main Chaeng Wattana building?

1. Do I need to book an appointment online, or can I just show up?

1. Are the extensions for 45 days after October 1, or is it still 30 days?

1. Any other changes in documentation requirements? I'm not finding much information online.
Answer summary
The extension office for visa exemptions in Bangkok has moved to IT Square Laksi Plaza. You can either book an appointment online or just show up. Extensions for visa exemptions remain at 30 days despite changes to entry stamps, which now allow for 45-day stays. It's also advised to check updated documentation requirements.
