Hi! I’m currently in bangkok now and I’m looking to extend my stay for another 30 days. I arrived here via ‘test & go’ or thaipass which i believe is visa-on-arrival.

How do I go about this extension process?

1) do i have to make a booking on their website and select counter K (similar to back in 2021)?

2) are there anything I should take note of? I noticed counter K has changed location

3) are there any documents needed aside from the ones mentioned in the infographic shared in this group?

Thanks in advance for helping me out! Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks guidance on extending their stay in Bangkok after entering on a visa-exempt entry. Clarifications indicate that the user did not enter on a 'Test & Go' or Thai pass but on a 30-day visa exemption. The recommended process involves visiting the new immigration office at IT Square Laksi Plaza to apply for a 30-day extension. Comments cover the distinction between visa types, necessary steps, and location changes for immigration services.

Regarding the documents, would this be the most updated?

Seems to be so, but not sure because cannot see the whole. Here is the entire sheet.

Be aware, this is just general information, not an official one that is Immigration-office-specific

okay, let's get you sorted out,

you didn't arrive here visa test&go or thai pass <- those are things EVERYONE comin' in meets or doesn't get in and have nothing to do with the type of visa or lack of when you enter 😕

Also you didn't even on a visa on arrival 😮 That is something SOLD to people from 18 countries when they show up here for 2000baht for 15 days and cannot be extended

IF you showed up here without having bought a visa from a thai consulate in your country and were stamped in for FREE here for 30 days you got in on what's called a 30 day visa exempt entry.

To get the one 30 day regular extension of that in Bangkok you go to the new immigration office at IT Square Laksi Plaza at this location;
