The single entry Tourist Visa and Multiple Entry Tourist visa have 2 different sets of financial requirements. So that is the most likely reason to see different amounts required.
It appears that the London embassy has not updated their website since they re-added financial requirements to tourist visas. I'm not sure what the required amount is for a METV.
These were the requirements in 2022, so I doubt the amount would be any less than this.
Original bank statement of the applicant showing a balance of at least £5000 (for 6 months) or a print out with official stamp of the bank
