What happens if I Leave Day 91 & no reporting?

Since immigration counts arrival date as Day 1 with DTV, what happens if I leave Thailand on Day 91 without doing in-person 90 day reporting? I know I must report in person 14 days before or 7 days after from Day 90. Will I get a black mark on my file or have to pay a 1 day fine? I tried searching and maybe this question has been asked before.
Answer summary
If you leave Thailand on Day 91 without completing the required in-person 90-day reporting, the general consensus from community responses suggests that there are likely no immediate consequences. While technically, one might risk a 2000 baht fine the next time they interact with immigration services, many users reported having left without facing any penalties. It is important to note that reporting can be done up to 14 days early or 7 days late, which may provide some cushion for those who leave before completing the report. However, some individuals stress the importance of adhering to regulations, emphasizing the need for compliance with local laws.

Before they stamp you out they make you count up to 90 (gaow sip) in Thai.

Considering the report can be done up to 7 days after the actual 90 days, you're probably safe. Unless you get arrested and they wanna be petty about it.

No, this applies only if you do it right after. It's not a permission for not doing after 90 days or slightly later at all.

The fact that it can be done after day 90 does not change tha fact that it has to be done when you are for 90 consecutive days in the country.

Thai Immigration rules are NOT for DTV holders, you can do as you wish and tell the immigration Officers that they have no clue about DTV.

I hope I posted anonymous as that is always their advice.

Some people just shouldn't be allowed to travel. Why is it so hard to stick to the rules of the country where you're a guest?

You have up until 7 days after 90 to report. But if you've already left without reporting, Idk. Maybe nothing or maybe a fine of 2,000B

I've done this and nothing happens. There is a window of 22 days to register your address, TM47, but as you've left the country immigration know exactly where you are

TM30 has to be done within 24 hours.

TM47 has a w8ndow in which you can report, but that has nothing to do with the obligation you have to report when you stay for 90 consecutive days in the country.

That you break rules without being punished is nice for you, and that you see it as not necessary I can even agree with you, but we don't make the rules.

When I drive too fast also nothing happens most of the times.

just a typo so calm down. No rules are broken until you have been in Thailand 97 days so if you leave on day 91 there isn't a problem. Your stamp out is your report.

No, you are wrong! Being 90 consecutive days in the country means the obligation to report, if you leave at day 91 and do not report before day 97 you break the rules.

There is no such thing that an exit stamp is the same as TM47.

Even getting an extension at an Immigration office does not count as TM47.

The only way is using form TM47, not your imagined rules.

Nothing until you visit an immigration where you may or not be fined 2000THB for that. Why so complicated? You can even send it by post.

Probably nothing for one day anyway. There's no black mark, but in general for missed reports, you could risk a 2000 baht fine next time you report or need a service from immigration.

Good point, I will risk the 2000 baht fine. Far less than changing my flight and

baht for one day earlier.

no need to change your flight. You can do the report up to 14 days early

I mean, you could just do the 90-day report and not risk anything

Nothing happens. Immigration at the airports don't care at all about 90 day reporting.

If you block the people just saying random stuff, you'll get a lot more useful info in this group.

probably you are right, but it can result in a fine of 2000THB next time you visit an immigration office.
