TLDR : Answer Summary
The responses indicate that most people have not faced issues re-entering Thailand after not filing a 90-day report, which is technically due within 97 days. However, there is a possibility of receiving a fine if contacted by immigration authorities. It is generally advised to comply with local laws to avoid potential future complications.

Reentering will be no problem, the only thing what might happen is that you get fined when you have interaction at an immigration office.

Anonieme deelnemer 297 If you leave after 92 days and come back before day 97 you theoretically are still in time for the 90 days report, but I'm not sure if they make a problem because you left before reporting.

And when you arrive after day 97 you are just too late anyhow.

Anonieme deelnemer yes it resets, but the 92 days stay has to be reported because it was over 90 days, it is as simple as that.

You have a time window before and after the 90 days to report, but the 90 days itself is strict.

You will be fine. I have never ever heard of anyone having issues no matter which visa they are on for this.
