TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with their visa application, specifically freezing during photo upload in section 3. Comments suggest checking the file size to ensure it's below the maximum limit, changing the web browser for better compatibility, and following guidelines for preparing files to avoid timeout issues. Recommendations include using a PC or laptop with compatible browsers, resizing photos appropriately, and ensuring the declaration is printed or saved for the application process.

OK so many of you struggling which is understandable so please follow my kiss guide
1 create a folder on your PC
2 copy your passport photos and document picture
3 right click each picture select properties
4 if more than half a megabyte use a photo editor to resize below 500kb I prefer Microsoft photo as it has an option to resize for web or email application
5 make separate subfolder for passport, insurance proof of relationship etc so it will be easier to select
The visa website timesout very quickly so trying to do the above will cause this for sure
If you get invalid access that is basically a"time-out" so logout and login again don't try to refresh the page just won't work
Also print out the declaration as you need to upload this near the final process ( take a picture and not forget 500kb or less )
Use the save function at the bottom of the screen so you don't lose your work if you need to continue a section click edit
Finally you need to print the declaration or save it otherwise you can't continue
Hopefully this helps some of you struggling
PM if you need help
The above is based on a PC or laptop using windows 10 and chrome or edge
If you have apple, on apple photos you can find out file size before uploading. What I did was take photo using my iphone. Then emailed the photo to myself. Before emailing, yahoo asks what size photo you want to send. Just choose one below .5mb or 500kb
