Hey! Asking advice for a friend.

She is in Singapore (UK passport) to apply for a single entry non-B.

The embassy turned her away this morning and says now everything has to go online first. She registered online and the first thing she needs to do is upload her photo. The website doesn't except her photo tho. 

Any advice? Thanks!
