Why can't I upload a copy of my passport for my Thai visa application?
Hi when i try to put a copy of my passport it wont let me am trying to sort a visa out for my self can someone help please

Scan it and use the snipping tool and make sure it is very straight

I cropped the image then WhatsApp the the image to my other WhatsApp. Then uploaded the WhatsApp image from phone photo gallery
Got the image down to 200kb

Image has to be less than 500k in size I believe. Resize the photo or scan in paint art package in windows or similar and try again.

I had the same problem I tried to send a full copy of my passport but was rejected every time so I had to crop the image down to 50% and it was accepted

I had that problem I just used I phone and it gave me the option to resize it, it wouldn’t accept a screen shot but would accept a photo using the phone camera
