Image has to be less than 500k in size I believe. Resize the photo or scan in paint art package in windows or similar and try again.

I had the same problem I tried to send a full copy of my passport but was rejected every time so I had to crop the image down to 50% and it was accepted

I had that problem I just used I phone and it gave me the option to resize it, it wouldn’t accept a screen shot but would accept a photo using the phone camera
