Well first time having to try to submit a TDAC after a short visit back to uk.
What an absolute shoddy website for submission trying to complete with an iPhone. I have given up after 4 attempts of trying to complete. Drop boxes don’t work and once you get to that stage and have to refresh all the submitted info is lost.
Will try on the laptop later .
Edit… did it on the laptop was easy, less than 5mins with all the information to hand.

I found i had to leave the departure date blank otherwise it thought arrival/departure were the same day and that meant you were in transit, not staying in Thailand. Site logic is bad. Couldn't enter the accomadation data until i dropped the departure date. Note, i was trying to do this enroute from USA so guessing the dateline had something to do with it...
Note 2, remember to print and keep the document, you might need it is you apply for an extension of fire s be visa in country...

I came through suvarnabhumi on Monday and they didn't ask for it even though I had QR code at the ready on my phone

it’s my understanding they don’t need to see it unless there is an issue as it’s is linked to your passport and it shows up in their system when they scan your passportJo **********

It's free if your arrival date is within 72 hours, and if the government site is having issues we automatically resubmit until a successful attempt.
If you wish to submit earlier than 72 hours then there is a $8 fee. Also you can easily obtain an eSIM, or FastTrack services at the last step.

You can try the site that the owner of this group created. They made a more user friendly version and it's also free as long as you are submitting within the same 3-day window that the official site offers.
