TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expressed frustration about filling out an e-visa application at the Thai embassy in London and sought recommendations for a reliable agency in the UK. Commenters shared various suggestions, including contacting the nearest consulate, tips for reducing file sizes for document uploads, and specific travel agencies that can assist with the visa application process. There are discussions about the limitations of certain consulates, concerns over document size errors, and the overall difficulties faced in the application process.

And if you think you've seen strange visa questions, you read this: What is the cost of petrol to go the a Thai Consulate. And there is no Thai visa based on gasoline or diesel prices in the UK.

I did my application last week and it did take my 5 hours to figure it out due to all the bugs and errors the system has but this is how I reduced my file sizes, go to Google and type in 'How to compress PDF or JPEG file size" you will see a few websites on page 1, just upload your file and they will appear smaller for you to upload, took me 1 minute for each one once I figured this out. Here is one example site of many:

The only errors are operator errors!
The biggest issue is file sizes and multiple attempts which causes the system to default to your previous attempt.
You wait until you see and experience last weeks update. Your going to love it 😂
You are very lucky then Robert, I wish I video recorded my computer screen, I would of uploaded the video here for all to see....

I did play around with different applications and still did not see a bug or error. I might be a computer super hero, or extremely lucky with computers, except the lottery ones.

just visited the website of the Thai Consulate in Liverpool, followed the link from the Thai Embassy in London and it seems in Liverpool you can NOT get a Single Entry Non Immigrant O visa based on being over 50 years of age or any multiple entry visa
you could be right as it doesn't specifically list it. Might be better to call as they do say this
ALL NON-IMMIGRANT VISAS WILL HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE EMBASSY IN LONDON. APPLICATIONS SHOULD THEREFORE BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONSULATE NO LESS THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE TRAVEL. PLEASE RING TO DISCUSS REQUIREMENTS.

I was just going to do a separate post but i will post it here too.
Letters from your employer for applying for a METV must now be addressed specifically to the Embassy or consulate you are applying at.
Liverpool recommends booking an appointment at least 2 weeks ahead now
5. A letter from the applicant’s employer (in the UK) and addressed to the Royal Thai Consulate/Embassy stating length of service and expected return to work. If you are self-employed your self-assessment form.
