What are some recommended wedding agents in Bangkok for expats marrying Thai citizens?

Hi, can someone recommend a good wedding agent in Bangkok?

I am planning to marry my long time fiancee, she is a Thai citizen. I have a single status certificate (legalized) and a certified copy of my passport from my embassy.

I understand that the next step is to get it translated into Thai and legalized by the MFA department and after that it's the appointment at the local wedding registry office etc...

I know that process can take a long time and my visa expires at the end of this month, so I would like to speed up the process so that it is completed before my visa expires.

Please give me only serious recommendations for verified agencies/agents who can help me with this.

Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking recommendations for reputable wedding agents in Bangkok to assist with marrying a Thai citizen before their visa expires. They have a single status certificate and a certified copy of their passport, but need help with translation and legalization processes. Comments offer advice on marriage locations, like BangRak and Pattaya, suggest agencies for translation and wedding services, and caution about the visa implications of marrying.

Is the rush to marry before your visa expires a belief that as soon as you are married Thai visas become easier? I am afraid it doesn’t work like that here.

All the steps are in the attached link and, outside Bangkok, it can be completed in a few days. It appears that you do not yet have your Affirmation to Marry from your Embassy which is key.

Go to the BangRak administration office. That is where the bulk of foreigners getting married is done at. Go with your future wife, and they will give you a list of documents you need, and, with what you have already you might get an early appointment date to actually get married. It might be quicker other places, but you have the hardest part. Now just get it translated, and good translation services also have, for an extra cost, of going and getting the MFA stamp that it is an accurate translation. That's all you need that you don't have. Then, there's also the possibility, if someone doesn't show up, if you are both nice.

It takes about 4 weeks from the initial appointment at Bang Rak to the actual appointment to get the marriage certified.

Of course if you marry in Pattaya it's a lot easier. It's in the old town just use to walk in 30 mins latter married as long as paper in order. We were in bkk and office told us go Pattaya and they said we get a quick marriage

Bang Rak is very much used to marrying foreigners. Definitely no need to go to Pattaya.

Most smaller offices/Khets in Bangkok will direct you to Bang Rak, not Pattaya.
