TLDR : Answer Summary
If your non-B visa has been canceled, you have several options to consider. For a visa run, you cannot apply for a new visa on the same day at any Thai embassy or consulate in Southeast Asia; however, a border bounce is possible where you can exit Thailand, enter a neighboring country, and return to Thailand on the same day. As a German national, you can obtain a visa on arrival for a certain duration, subject to the regulations in effect at the time of entry.
It depends on if you are asking about a visa run or a border bounce. NONE of the Thai embassies/consulates in SE Asia offer same day service for applying for a visa, so if you want to do a visa run (meaning you are going to apply for and purchase a visa) it's not possible to do it in one day.
If you are asking about a border bounce, that's possible same day. You just need to stamp out of Thailand, stamp into another country, and then return to Thailand. If you can setup flights for that to workout in a single day then you can do it.
you'll be stamped in for 45 days (this goes back to the normal 30 day stamp on April 1st) which you can extend for another 30 days at your local immigration office.
