Can I do a border run by bus to get a new 45-day stamp with a Non-B visa in Thailand?

Hello and Happy New Year!!!

I currently have non B, that will be cancelled in few weeks as I leave my job. Can I do border run by bus within 1 day to get new stamp 45 days or do I have to fly? I got many different information and I not sure what is correct

yes, you'll get 45 days on re-entry which can be extended once for a further 30 days. Don't use Poi Pet though, you'll have to stay overnight and may have other issues.

What’s your nationality? I’m assuming Europe as you mention 45 days but without knowing it’s hard to answer correctly.
