TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking help after their Non-B visa application was denied in Savannakhet, following two previous attempts at border runs. The conversation discusses the user's options for staying in Thailand, including checking passport entries, contacting the consulate, and the possibility of applying for a different type of visa or seeking help from agents in nearby locations.
Perhaps IF you can't get the paperwork for the Non-B you could apply Monday for a single entry tourist visa at the thai consulate in Savannakhet OR ask them if you can get a transit visa.

I would strongly suggest going to Penang in Malaysia if finances allow, go and see one of the agents on Chulia St...they know exactly what you need and won't submit the paperwork on your behalf unless its all in order..there really is nothing anyone else on here can do to help you

I'm surprised the agent across from the consulate in Savannakhet couldn't do the same thing. He's the one who helps me out with my Non-O

I know its not ideal..its the weekend now so nothing will happen until monday anyway

well, seeing as they can't enter thailand by land, that means they're either gonna slog back to Vientiane OR fly out of Savannakhet (if that place even has flights to Penang).

Speak with consulate staff, they may agree to accept an email printout.

Yes, I had a similar problem before and they accepted an printout.
i already said it to my coordinator but she just said to clean the paper. My second problem also the duration of my contract 😞 because the contract is only up to may only

any way you look at it you're going to be staying IN Lao over the weekend, SO the sooner you find out what the consulate needs to get the correct paperwork and the sooner you get ahold of your company to GET those documents the better off you'll be
you went to Vientiane to apply for a non-B visa, and when it was denied you came BACK into thailand on a 30 day visa exempt entry THEN you went to Mukdahan to apply at Savannakhet and it was denied too.
That only means you got ONE 30 day visa exempt entry this year.
So how about you LOOK in your passport and see how many 30 day visa exempt entries you've had so far this year?

If my memory serves me right, you have a 30 day visa on arrival in Laos. Since this appears to be a paperwork error, I would hang out in Laos until the school ships the updated document to you. It should take no more then 2 days at the most.

go back to the consulate and ask wether a copy is acceptable or they need a new original document..only they can confirm this for you

I would say, get in contact with the coordinator or th school, tell them to send new documents to your hotel in Savannakhet and just wait till all arrived. Then apply again.
