TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is inquiring about the requirements for a visa run from Thailand to Malaysia on a Non-Immigrant Business Visa (Non-B). They received mixed advice, with concerns about needing to stay out of Thailand for more than 24 hours. Commenters clarified that while certain land borders have a 24-hour exit requirement, flying in and out of Malaysia can be completed quickly, typically without the same restriction. They confirmed that it is possible to conduct a border bounce with a simple exit and re-entry within the same day.

Its just a border bounce, so i can fly in evening and fly back morning no problem? Correct?

At KL, some people even don't enter Malaysia just fly back.

You can fly in and out, no problem. You don't need to stay 24 hours; just cross out of immigration, and then cross through again.

I think you are confusing exiting/re-entering by a LAND border (from the south) which some borders are now making people stay in Malaysia for 24 hours with flying in and out which you can do as fast as you can switch planes and fly back into the country.

so you have a year-long, multi-entry Non-B visa where you bounce out and back every 90 days?

To my knowledge, that's a law that's occurring on the Malaysia and Cambodia immigration, and not Thailand.

If you want a new visa, it'll take at least two business days - one to drop off your passport, and the next day to pick it up. If you are doing a border bounce, I suppose your plan can work. But this isn't a travel advice group.

I'm assuming you have a multiple entry Non-B, and you want another 90 day stamp?
