Last year there was an android app Section 38 for doing tm30. However, this app seems not to be working any more. Now it's done by a website

nope you will file the TM30 online then export the data, and it will give you a PDF to print out, GO to the website, read the user manual and see how it works

I’ll be doing my first TM30 in a long time next week. Previously (3 years?) I had the login that my condo agent set up. Will this username / password still be valid for the ‘new’ website?

If not, to register, do I need any info / docs from the condo owner?
