What address should I use for my 90-day report while staying in Phuket?

I normally live in CM but I'm  down in Phuket for a month or so 

My 90 day report is due now 

What address should I report ??

You do a 90 day report at the office where you got your extension and where your primary address is located.

you could try the online system, you could mail it in (if you have enough time) OR you can go to one of the two immigration offices in Phuket and see if they'll let you apply using the address where you're staying down there. Those are your choices.
