Do I need to file a 90-day report if I haven't stayed in Thailand for 90 consecutive days?

Since I first entered with DTV, I haven't been in the country for 90 days or more continuously. Do I need to do the 90 day report or is it only when you are here continuously for that amount of time?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you haven't been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days, you are not required to file a 90-day report. This report only applies to those who stay continuously for 90 days or more. Therefore, if you consistently leave before reaching 90 days, you will not have an obligation to report.

Another question here, what if someone always leave on the 90 day mark? Like literally on the 90? We're planning to stay 90 days here and another 90+ days in Sweden back and forth? Not more than 90days in Thailand at a time 2 times a year on DTV workation visa?

90 consecutive days

You can actually go a full a 5 years and never do a 90 day report if you never stay for 90 consecutive days in a row

Good luck

90 day reports only happen if you are in Thailand for 90 continuous days. If you keep leaving at the 89 day mark then you have no obligation to file.
