Should I ignore the TM30 document requirement for my Thai visa application if I can't obtain it until I'm in Thailand?

In my extra asked for documents (thsi embassy London) it's says tm30 but that's impossible you don't get that until you get into Thailand so should I just ignore that extra asked for document? Or state on the form that I cannot acquire that until I get to the property?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 document is required for notifying Thai immigration of one's residence, but it can't be issued until you are physically present in Thailand. Several commenters agree that while the embassy requests this document, it's not necessary to provide it from abroad. Instead, it's recommended to clarify in your application that you cannot obtain the TM30 until you arrive in Thailand.

No way hotels etc provide this to immigration for holiday makers, immigration can’t cope with people who live here in the first place

Maybe it's a trick question, they're trying to get you to admit to being in Thailand if you were. London is known to ask people for statements that they'll remain in the UK until processing is completed.
