Is travel to Thailand open for vaccinated indian tourists? My usual sources have no clue and still claim that Thailand has not opened travel for indian passport holders yet. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate any help.

Uhm it has never closed for Holders of Indian passport holders. It stopped travel from some countries due to the delta variant including India, as it has now for some countries from Africa for the Omicron variant, but Thailand does not restrict travel based upon your nationality.
