Hello,

Hope you all are doing great. I have a question if anyone can help.

Is travel to Thailand open for vaccinated indian tourists? My usual sources have no clue and still claim that Thailand has not opened travel for indian passport holders yet. Any suggestions? I would really appreciate any help.

Thanks

Answer summary

The discussion revolves around whether Thailand is open to vaccinated Indian tourists. Clarifications indicate that Thailand has not completely closed its borders to Indian passport holders, although travel from some countries was restricted due to COVID-19 variants. Suggestions include contacting VFS, the official agent for the Thai embassy in India, and checking the Thai Embassy's website for the latest updates. Overall, the response suggests that India is included in a list of countries eligible for travel to Thailand.

Uhm it has never closed for Holders of Indian passport holders. It stopped travel from some countries due to the delta variant including India, as it has now for some countries from Africa for the Omicron variant, but Thailand does not restrict travel based upon your nationality.
