ORIGINAL POSTERI was wondering what your thoughts are about this....all things remaining the same (variant wise) by the end of 2022....given world vaccination rates in SE Asia/Asia and the use of the new Pfizer Covid pill/treatment by Thailand should the worst happen ... would you consider going to Thailand to be safe for a vacation?

It depends on your age and health. If you're not old or sick, COVID was always very unlikely to kill you.
If you are old or sick and vaccinated, you run a lower risk than unvaccinated. If you're old, then you don't have time to waste. Go live your life!

If you're able to get vaccinated in your own country, it's safe 2 weeks after your final dose. No reason to put it off.
