Hi everyone..

Hope everyone is safe..

Is there any problem in obtaining a tourist visa (60 days) for Indians?

I read somewhere that a medical certificate along with an insurance that covers for COVID required to enter kingdom....

I understand its not a safe time to travel but its a kind of urgency..

Any expat here with recent updates on this please update me...

Thanx in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the availability of tourist visas (60 days) for Indian citizens looking to enter Thailand, especially in light of COVID-19 restrictions. A comment indicates that, as of March 2020, Thailand is closed to all foreigners and no tourist visas or any other visas are currently available, with entry allowed only for those holding a Thai work permit or permanent resident status.

Sorry...THAILAND IS CLOSED TO ALL FOREIGNERS...

BY LAND, AIR OR SEA.

NO TOURIST VISA IS AVAILABLE...OR ANY OTHER VISA AT THIS TIME.

ONLY FOREIGNERS WITH A THAI WORK PERMIT OR PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THAILAND.

This is Thai Government proclamation due to the CHOVID -19 corona virus.
