First time travelling to Thailand.
I was wondering if I could get some advice. I was thinking of meeting some friends in Thailand on 14th march to 31st march.
I’m travelling from the UK. They are currently on Phuket but might be moving. I’m fully vaccinated and needed to know
- do I need to test before and coming back?
- do I need to isolate when I get to Thailand
- can someone explain the Thai travel pass?
And any other important information which you think I might need?
TLDR : Answer Summary
A traveler from the UK is seeking advice about visiting Thailand from March 14 to March 31. Key questions include whether testing is required before departure and upon return, isolation requirements upon arrival in Thailand, and an explanation of the Thai travel pass. Responses indicate that fully vaccinated travelers may not need to isolate upon arrival if they utilize the 'Test and Go' scheme, which involves testing at the airport and a brief isolation until results are available. It's also noted that vaccinated travelers don't require a PCR test to return to the UK. Additional resources and links to official guidelines were shared to help with the latest entry requirements.
