If I go to immigration but have my TM30 from my most recent stay, say 20 days and the other 70 were at various places like hotels or private residence that may or may not have sent anything in will there be a problem if I don’t have something to account for all 90 days?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The current TM30 form is sufficient when interacting with Thai immigration; you do not need to present evidence for all 90 days of your stay.
