Is there an appeal process for a rejected DTV visa application in Thailand, and will this affect a student visa application?

Hey everyone! I have been in HCMC for about a month working on my DTV. I had all of the qualifications, they asked for more information and I provided those and it took a couple weeks to hear back. I just heard that I was rejected. Does anyone know if there’s an appeal process or have any suggestions? Also, would this affect applying for a student visa as an alternative?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice after their DTV visa application was rejected and is inquiring about potential appeal options. They also want to know if this rejection will have an impact on applying for a student visa as an alternative.
