Is the Thai embassy in Penang or Phnom Penh closed during the holidays from December 5th to December 11th?

Does anybody know if the Thai office closes between the holidays 5.12 (Fathers/Kings day) and 11.12 (costitution day) in:

-Penang/Malaysia and/or

-Phnom Penh/Cambodia

I plan my visa run for beginning of december (Visa runs out on the 6.12) and want either to go to Penang or Phnom Penh to make a new single entry visa.

The consulate in Phnom Penh shows the 5th and the 11th as holidays.

The one on Penang only shows the 5th

At least that's what is on their websites;
