TLDR : Answer Summary
The original query concerns the necessary documents for a visit to the embassy after three months of living in Thailand. The responses clarify that physical visits to the embassy may not be needed for report submission, as many processes can now be completed online. It is recommended to bring copies of documents that were submitted online instead of bringing new documents to an in-person visit.
We used google couple of years ago. Results were not always correct, but it gave us at least the basics ideas... and just then we started to ask other people on forums...

Everything do it online. No walk in to the Embassy unless you are call for interview. Bring what you submitted online.

Anonymer Teilnehmer 816 not true in case of the first 90-days-report per stay. Personal attendance is required then.
so you take your passport, your tm30 and go to your nearest immigration office. You fill out the form for 90 day report, hand it all in and you'll get a document showing it as filed. You'll need to keep that if you decide to do an extension. Once you have your visa, the embassy is no longer involved.
