Hi all - me and my cousin are looking at flights at the end of April from LA to Bangkok via Singapore (as far as we can see it is open for transit).

Do you think it is possible to get CoE fully approved in the next 3 weeks or are we being a bit optimistic? Going in visa exemption.

Also, can anyway recommend a testing facility in LA that provides RT-PCR test?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is inquiring about the feasibility of obtaining a Certificate of Entry (CoE) for their upcoming trip to Thailand, considering tight timelines for approval. They are traveling from LA to Bangkok via Singapore and have questions regarding RT-PCR testing facilities in LA.

COE's are generally issued within 24 hours as long as you have everything. ASQ, flight, and health insurance being the most important.
