my visa extension (60 days) will expire on April 8th -  I am on a tourist visa.

Does Anyboy know if is it possible to get another extension (60 days)?

Could anybody share the URL to make the appointment?

You should be able to get another 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19, if the immigration officer agrees. Are you using Bangkok immigration?
