Hello again. I entered Thailand on a normal tourist visa and am in Bangkok. Do I still go to Chaengwatthana to extend it?

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about extending their normal tourist visa in Bangkok and whether they should go to Chaengwatthana for the extension. One comment clarifies that if the tourist visa allows for a 60-day stay, the extension should be sought at Chaengwatthana, while those with a 45-day visa exemption should go to Muang Thong Thani.

What is a "normal tourist visa"? If you have a sticker in your passport that says "tourist visa", and you were stamped in for 60 days, you would go to Chaengwattana. If you entered on a 45 day visa exempt, you would go to Muang Thong Thani

Changwattana road borders Muang Thong Thani. There are two immigration offices within a few km of each other? Pak Si is where immigration is located on the south side of Changwattana road, Muang Thong Thani is on the other side a km or two west of immigration.
